Hourly Rates:
- Weekdays (Monday-Thursday):
- Daytime (8 AM - 5 PM): $150/hour
- Evening (5 PM - 10 PM): $200/hour
- Weekends (Friday-Sunday):
- Daytime (8 AM - 5 PM): $200/hour
- Evening (5 PM - Midnight): $250/hour
Daily Rates:
- Weekdays (Monday-Thursday):$1,200/day
- Weekends (Friday-Sunday):$1,500/day
Minimum Spend:
- Weekdays:$500 minimum spend
- Weekends:$800 minimum spend
Peak Season Adjustments:
- Peak Season (April-June, September-November):
- Add a 15% surcharge to hourly and daily rates.
Event Type Specific Pricing:
- Weddings: $3,000 flat rate (includes 8 hours of event time, plus setup and teardown time)
- Corporate Events: $1,500 flat rate (includes 4 hours of event time, plus setup and teardown time)

- Weekdays: $2,500
- Weekends: $3,000
3. Platinum Package:
- Includes venue rental for 12 hours, premium A/V system, full bar service, outdoor patio access, and event planning support.
- Weekdays: $3,500
- Weekends: $4,000
Promotions and Discounts:
- Early Bird Discount:10% off for bookings made at least 6 months in advance.
- Loyalty Program:5% discount for returning clients on their next event booking.

Payment Terms:
- Deposit:25% of the total booking fee, non-refundable, due at the time of booking.
- Balance: Due 30 days before the event date.
- Cancellation Policy:Full refund if canceled at least 60 days before the event. 50% refund if canceled between 30-59 days before the event. No refund if canceled less than 30 days before the event.
